We will review the TREC promulgated 1 to 4 Family contract, paragraph by paragraph, and sentence by sentence to examine the issues and common misunderstandings associated with the form. You will learn aspects of the contract that most agents on the street are not familiar with. Learn what the professionals know and use to their advantage. Zoom Course Zoom CourseTX Cancellation Policy: Any course/class may be cancelled at the discretion of the REALTOR Academy. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants discretion.Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a $10 service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course. There are no refunds for same day cancelations (day of class) and for partial attendance.
