COURSE FORMAT: Blended Classroom course) Real Estate Finance, course # 00443-REQC Course Description: This comprehensive course discusses the real estate finance process in an easy-to-understand format. It covers the finance industry in-depth from the big picture of the cycle of real estate finance down to the details of the various financing programs. *This is a required course for real estate licensure. Course credit hours: 30, provider# 4516. * Morning Classes 8:30a.m. - 12:30p.m.: 15 Hours self-study at home, in class. * Evening classes 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: 15 Hours self-study at home, via Zoom Blended learning courses that combine at home study and instructor-led classroom lessons with chapter quizzes and a proctored exam. The classroom portion of the course is 15-hours. The final (closed-book) exam is virtually proctored after course completion. Students are expected to spend 15-hours studying the material independently prior to/during classroom lessons. Students must attend all classroom hours in order to take the final exam and complete the course. Hardcopy or PDF textbooks, and one attempt of the exam is included with the cost of each course. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants’ discretion.Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a $30 service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course. There are no refunds for same day cancelations (day of class) and for partial attendance.
