GRI: Real Estate Brokerage Course credit hours: 30; Provider Texas REALTORS® - 0001 Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) is one of the most prestigious and widely recognized designations available to the real estate professional. REALTORS® who successfully complete all three GRI courses have the privilege of joining the ranks of the elite group of REALTORS® Institute graduates. GRI: Real Estate Brokerage is a required course for REALTORS® to become eligible to obtain the distinguished GRI designation. It covers: • Professional standards, policies and procedures, brokerage and agency relationships, and • Business development. Participants earn 30 hours of core credit toward the required Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) or broker’s license. Alternatively, each GRI course counts for 10 hours of Continuing Education (MCE) credit. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants’ discretion.Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a $50 service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course. There are no refunds for same day cancelations (day of class) and for partial attendance.
