Principles of Real Estate II, Course # 00441-REQC Course credit hours: 30; Provider #4516 Real Estate Principles II is a qualifying education course which has a proven track record of being successful in educating students on the path to getting their Texas real estate license. The instructional design of this course integrates nationally tested concepts along with Texas specific information needed to be successful on the licensing exam. In addition to preparing the student for success on the licensing exam, it also lays a solid foundation that is necessary for all additional qualifying education courses that are required by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Key Points: • Acquire a perceptive of mathematical calculations as related to real estate transactions, real estate appraisals, and financing principles. • Attain an understanding of land use controls, real estate investments, leases, and property management. • Learn about types of estates, transfer of ownership rights, title and closing of a real estate transaction. • Online proctoring of the course final exam included. Methods of Delivery: • In-Person instructor led live classroom, or • Instructor led live virtual classroom. • Students are expected to invest at least 15 hours of self-study outside of the classroom experience. In the event of cancellation, allfees paid will be promptly refunded in full or will be applied to another classat the registrants’ discretion. Refund Policy: A full refund will be applied to anyregistrant who has paid tuition and canceled prior to 2 business days of acourse. A refund, less a $30 service fee will be applied within 2 business daysof a course. Students withdrawing from a course after class begins will receivea partial refund of 50% of the tuition. Requests for refunds shall be made nolater than 1 business day from cancelation.
