The AHWD Certification relays to the public that those certified have been professionally trained in and are sensitive to a wide range of cultural issues inviting a wider volume of business from a greater variety of cultures. Participants will learn about the people who make up the local market, their values, customs, real estate needs, and expectations of real estate professionals. Specifically, the course helps participants develop skills in cross-cultural communication and strategic business planning. Zoom Course Zoom CourseTX Cancellation Policy: Any course/class may be cancelled at the discretion of the REALTOR Academy. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants’ discretion.Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a $50 service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course. There are no refunds for same day cancelations (day of class) and for partial attendance.
