Course Description: Topics covered in this course include Real Estate Math; Real Estate Appraisal; Real Estate Financing Principles; Control of Land Use; Specializations; Real Estate Investments; Leases; Property Management; Estates, Transfers and Titles and Closing Procedures/Closing the Real Estate Transaction. *This is a required course for real estate licensure. Bring a calculator.

* Weekday and weekend Classes 8:00 am to 5:00 pm: 15 Hours self-study at home, in class or via Zoom 15 Hours. (2 days in class)
* Evening classes 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm: 15 Hours self-study at home, in class or via Zoom 15 Hours. (2 days in class)
Xcelerated Learning are blended learning courses that combine at home study and instructor-led classroom lessons with chapter quizzes and a proctored exam. The classroom portion of the course is 15-hours. The final (closed-book) exam is virtually proctored after course completion. Students are expected to spend 15-hours studying the material independently prior to classroom lessons. Students must attend all classroom hours and complete all chapter quizzes in order to take the final exam and complete the course. Hardcopy or eBook textbooks, and one attempt of the exam is included with the cost of each course. There is an addition fee for exam retakes.

Cancellation Policy: Any course/class may be cancelled forinsufficient enrollment or other reasons. In the event of cancellation, allfees paid will be promptly refunded in full or will be applied to another classat the registrants’ discretion.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be applied to anyregistrant who has paid tuition and canceled prior to 2 business days of acourse. A refund, less a $30 service fee will be applied within 2 business daysof a course. Students withdrawing from a course after class begins will receivea partial refund of 50% of the tuition. Requests for refunds shall be made nolater than 1 business day from cancelation.
