Any license holder may take this course; all broker license holders are required to take the course. This course covers some important new and revised forms as well as information regarding the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. It provides information about a broker’s responsibilities and obligations under the Texas Administrative Code (22 TAC §532.2) which sets forth specific requirements and best practices for brokers.
