Broker Responsibility is a required 6-hour continuing education course (CE) course. Any license holder may take this course; all broker license holders are required to take the course.
This course covers some important new and revised forms as well as information regarding the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. It provides information about a broker’s responsibilities and obligations under the Texas Administrative Code (22 TAC §532.2) which sets forth specific requirements and best practices for brokers.

Cancellation Policy: Any course/class may be cancelled at the discretion of the REALTOR Academy. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants’ discretion.

Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course. There are no refunds for same day cancelations (day of class) and for partial attendance.
