REALTORS who successfully complete all three GRI courses have the privilege of joining the ranks of the elite group of REALTORS Institute graduates. GRI: Business Skills is a required course for REALTORS to become eligible to obtain the distinguished GRI designation. It covers: - Seller services, - Buyer services, - Technology, and - Environment & green building. Participants earn 30 hours of core credit toward the required Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) or broker’s license. To earn the GRI Designation, all three (3) courses have to be completed: GRI: Business Skills GRI: Brokerage GRI: Contracts to Closing ABR ELECTIVE - ALL 3 GRIs MUST BE COMPLETED TO QUALIFY Zoom Course Zoom CourseTX Tina Wilcher Cancellation Policy: Any course/class may be cancelled at the discretion of the REALTOR Academy. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants’ discretion.Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a $50 service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course. There are no refunds for same day cancelations (day of class) and for partial attendance.
